DIVERSITY, EQUITY, & INCLUSION: The Zeta Nu Chapter of Phi Chi Theta is committed to creating a business fraternity in which students from all backgrounds feel confident that their voices will be heard and their contributions encouraged. We recognize that we are stronger and more successful when we approach all that we do with a DEI-driven mindset. 

 

We have made strides toward achieving that goal, but we also understand that this is an ongoing process and DEI is a continually evolving topic. However, it is a challenge we are excited and confident to undertake.
